Beethoven is back, and this time, he’s bringing the kids! It’s the further adventures of the Newton family and their lovable, lumbering pal, Beethoven. In this second “symphony” of the Beethoven saga, our hero meets Missy, the lady Saint Bernard of his dreams. Unfortunately, they are soon separated by Regina, Missy’s hateful owner who is using her as a bargaining chip in an ugly divorce. But love finds a way, and the result is four adorable, roly-poly puppies. The prospect of four valuable, purebred pups appeals to Regina’s greed, but the Newton kids come to the rescue and bring home the cuddly canines. Now if they can just convince Dad to adopt the huge, messy bundles of joy . . . Mission accomplished! But Missy is still in Regina’s evil clutches. Will Missy, Beethoven and their puppies ever be reunited? And will Regina finally get what she deserves?

Metropolis is a story of how important emotions are and how they separate humans from everything else. The movie follows a young boy and his uncle (a private investigator). The story is set in the far future where humans and robots live together, unfortunately not in harmony. Many robots are forced underground and are terminated for entering unauthorized areas. They are more or less servants to humankind. The plot starts to unfold when the boy meets a robot named Tima and they get in all kinds of trouble. Never a dull moment when you’ve got a robot by your side.

After moving into a creepy old apartment in Manhattan with her husband Guy, Rosemary Woodhouse begins to experience odd, unpleasant things happening to her. Guy becomes enchanted with their nosy neighbors, Minnie and Roman Castevet, after the older couple’s ward commits suicide. Then Rosemary gets pregnant after a bad dream in which a horrible creature makes love to her. A caring Minnie keeps giving her some weird concoction for the pregnancy and Rosemary doesn’t feel at all well. The only solution is, as the tag-line says, to “pray for Rosemary’s baby.”

An extremely rare bottle of wine (bottled during the appearance of the Great Comet of 1811) is discovered. Margaret Harwood is sent to retrieve it so it can be sold at auction. Oliver Plexico is assigned as her travel guide/bodyguard for the trip. However, other people desperately want the bottle and will stop at nothing to get it. A simple little trip becomes an international chase.

Aurora and Emma are mother and daughter who march to different drummers. Beginning with Emma’s marriage, Aurora shows how difficult and loving she can be. The movie covers several years of their lives as each finds different reasons to go on living and find joy. Aurora’s interludes with Garrett Breedlove, retired astronaut and next door neighbor are quite striking. In the end, different people show their love in very different ways.
